Activation Adobe Design Suite Premium CS3

Hello,

I've upgraded my sisters iMac with a new SSD, and a new install of OSX.

Now I want to activate Adobe Design Suite Premium CS3 that was on her iMac before the upgrade, I'm asked for a serial.
When I use the serial that was on her Mac before the upgrade it gives a ' green V' that it accepts the serial, but when I try to activate via internet it says maximum numbers of activation are reached. How can I get her Adobe DS Premium CS3 back to work? Or how can I deactivate the previous install?

Regards, Anco

You would have had to deactivate before the software was removed.  In order to have an iaccessible insdtallation deactivated you need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and they can manage resetting the activation count.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
