activation code is not working

I bought my creative cloud student edition card around a month ago at Best Buy and the code is not working. I went back to the store and they said that they've been having problems with activation information reaching Adobe or something and that's why my card keeps coming up with an error when I try to activate it. They said to contact Adobe about it and that you guys you should be able to activate it

is there any way i can resolve this issue over the weekend instead of waiting till Monday to call?

I have to say I doubt it but you never know.  These forums are primarily user-to-user forums, especially so on weekends, but even when Adobe staff visit to help here their abilities to resolve things are limited - they do not have the same access to process matters as the Support folks.   You need to contact Adobe Support directly by chat or by phone if there is a problem with processing your activation code.
