Activation Cs3 - CS3 is completely DEAD

Question

Hi, I have purchased used Cs3 sofware and it doesnt accept activate. my email is REMOVED
I knw its old but what should do,now is Jan 2020.
Can you help me please?

Go back to the seller and ask for your money back.  It was an illegal transaction.  S/he never should have sold it to you.
