Activation failure. Error code #129:17. Any idea what the problem is?
HI. I uninstalled CS5.5 because of a glitch in Illustrator, then reinstalled, no problem. But then Adobe refuses to activate - Error code #1219:17. My CS5.5 is only installed on this one computer. Problem could be to do with Adobe ID. I have changed email address since original install so maybe Adobe think someone else is trying to use my copy of CS5.5. Cannot find a way to contact Adobe to sort this out.
Any ideas?
