I purchased Photoshop 2026 from Staples and was given a 24 alphabet redemption code. How do I activate this on Adobe.

It's not a six digit number. It's six groups of four numbers.

I did get the answer both from Staples and from this community. The trick is to type in 4 symbols into each of the six spaces. The helpful woman at Staples rolled her eyes at this--as did I. Thanks everyone.

I can easily get to that site which asks for a 6 digit number--but I have a 12 character code and can't figure out how to get the 6 digit number.
