activation issue

in my photography plan, i can activate photoshop/lightroom... on 2 computers. The strange thing is, that in my personal page (activated machines) my mac show twice up ?

and

name computer on osx

My laptop shows only 1 time up.

Anyone how now's a solution for this ?
