Hello,

I'm working in a french engineer school and I am the administrator of the application Creative Cloud.

We manage several Macbook and we just have one problem with one of them (macOS Sierra).

It's about the license, it does not activate, it's always a trial version.

We did a lot of things to solve the problems.

First of all we have uninstalled the applications of the mackbook and then we made another packs  with all applications Adobe and licence.

We have install the pack and licence but it didn't activate on Photoshop CC (2017). We also checked update but no changes about the activation.

We still have 2 licenses available.

I renamed 2 folders

-SLCache

-SLStore

and reinstalled licence pack and it does not work.

I don't know what can I do.

We need some help. do you have an idea ? we paid the license and we can't use it.

Thank you

you still have not answered my question? Have you tried running the license file from the hidden admin?

No it's just for team licenses not device ones .

Hi,

Have you tested from the hidden Admin ?

Nominative doesn't mean "just one Adobe application" it means that the activation is done for each license by a different email address .

You have device licenses and you when you create a license pack (normally it's not necessary) you need to choose Creative cloud All Apps in the pool list ( I imagine you already did that ) .

I just recreated a license pack with the pool Creative All Apps.

This is the same.

I have a question, to activate the license i must accept an invitation (by mail) ?

is it an obligation ?

We have 2 types of possible packages to create :

-License per devices (include all applications + license)

or

-Nominative license (just one Adobe application)

I chose "License per device" with Creative Cloud All Apps.

Normally, you have install the pack and the license is activated by itself.

But i'm always with the trial version.

And like i said, i also created a license pack (normally it's not necessary)

I used "RemoveVolumeSerial" and to activate it ,use "AdobeSerialization"   --> not working

any ideas ?

Hi ,

I imagine that you created one license pack per application ( one for the full cloud + 1 for Indesign and 1 for Illustrator ) .

If it's the case ,i can't see any issue except a permissions issue .Have you tried from the hidden root ?

You can see I still have 2 licenses

And for the license, i already did it, remove and activation. It doesn't work.

I called Adobe support and we didn't find the solution with them.

Normally an expert should contact me.

But if you have any solutions, tell me please.

Hi ,

Where do you see that you still have 2 available licenses ?

If it doesn't work with your package ,try creating a pack license to remove the activation and activate again .

To remove the license ,use "RemoveVolumeSerial" and to activate it ,use "AdobeSerialization" :

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/create-license-file.html

If it doesn't work, try to run the license file from the root .
