Activation limit reached but no activated devices available in account management

Hi,

after fresh installation of Lightroom 6, I get the message that the my serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. The computers where the application was installed before are not available any more.

There are no activated devices in the account management in my account settings on adobe.com.

How can I deactivate the old devices?

Thanks for your help!

Correct answer kglad

contact adobe support and request an "activation count reset".  ask for nothing else related to lr6, or you will be referred back to the forums where you cannot be helped with that reset.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Haha, I didn't find the chat window as it only appears with all cookies are enabled.

I got connected with an agent who has increased my activation count. Now my Lightroom installation is activated.

Thanks a lot for your help.
