Activation no connection? when i try to activate my cs3 design suite

I tried activating my design suite 3, I know that it is not installed on another computer or activated on another computer, yet i still get the activation no connection window pop up, I click on retry activating over the internet and still nothing. Can anyone help ?

Hello, I am having a similar problem attempting to re-install Photoshop CS3 after a re-format. I was careful to de-activate prior to the re-format; now that I am trying to reinstall it I get the "no connection" message even though my Internet connection is working fine. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and CS3 worked fine prior to the re-format.
