Activation of Apps

Hello

I have been using the Adobe Photography Plan for a while now, and unfortunately errors keep appearing.

This already happened during Winter, but it has occurred again. Suddenly, apps arent activated anymore. When I try to open them, they get into an activation circle which just keeps on repeating itself, without actually achieving anything. Support has helped me once and fixed it, but currently im having some issues contacting them.

Its a big frustration since I have work to do, but simply just cannot do it.

You can also try the following steps:

Un-install Adobe CC (all applications and the CC client).

Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete it.

Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and find SLStore and delete it.

Restart.

Install Adobe CC including all Adobe applications.

Restart.
