Activation of CS3 on Windows 10 (CS3 is dead and gone)

Hello,

now, I had to update my computer (update from Windows 7 to 10) and thus reinstall CS3, which unfortunately does not work anymore due to the missing license server. Also the help by Adobe

no longer works, because the link to download an "updated" CS3 (however in German?) is no longer available. Does anyone have the new version, with which the procedure works?
