Activation of my serial number is not possible. Whenever I try to activate my product (www.adobe.com/go/getserial) then the message appears that my product has not been released from the reseller. When I contact my reseller, they ensure that my product has been released. So what should I do? I don't find any contact phone number of adobe nor any page that provides sufficient help to me.
