Additional Licence

I have CC installed on two computers, in line with the licensing limits.  I recently purchased an additional one-year licence to install on a third computer.  However, on activation it just extended the duration of my existing licence, with the result that I cannot install on a third computer with out deactivating one of the others, which I do  not want to do.  I tried contacting Adobe via chat (the only option available) but the chat button under support does not work.  Can anyone help?  It seems to me that it is an issue that Adobe should resolve, but I have no way of contacting them.

As far as I know, you may only have one subscription per Adobe ID, with as many installs as you want

But signing OUT of your Cloud account on computer A or B to be able to use on computer C is easy
