Administrator Password to install Illustrator?

So I've just bought the Illustrator package, and the Creative Cloud set up has downloaded, when I go to open that to install the program it asks for an Administrator password to the account I'm using. I've entered this multiple times (it is the password for the computer I am entering) and nothing opens up. I'm struggling to understand why as this shouldnt be a problem. Any suggestions/ help would be greatly appreciated!

    ignore message 3.

    make sure you're using your computer's password, not adobes as explained in messages 1 and 2.

      you need you adobe user account to uninstall the software. when you have not your login data, register a new account or let the password send to your email adress.

      Try searching Google for whatever brand/operating system this involves and see if there are any tutorials available.
