Adobbe creative cloud

Bonjour,

Mon système est windows 7 pro sur ordinateur portable  , l' application Adobbe creative cloud ne veux plus démarrer depuis la dernière mise à jour ?

Que puis-je faire ?

what version is installed?  if it's version 5 or later:

 

you need window 10, 64 bit or a recent mac os, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

 

if it's a version 4, you can probably repair it but your os is no longer supported and you won't be able to update adobe programs.  to repair:

 

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
