Adobe 7 Standard

After reading about activation issue that caused the program to stop working, I uninstalled the purchased program as website directed and I'm trying to install from link provided. When I enter serial number connected with the link I get an error message that it's an invalid serial number. Any suggestions?

Well after numerous tries and several hours later, I pasted the same number I have been trying all day and it went through. So now I have a working Adobe installed on my computer. So if you're reading this post looking for an answer to my question, I suggest walking away from your computer for several hours and then try again. I copied and pasted the serial number twice this morning, and kept using the same one I copied last, so I don't think my problem was "white space" when it finally worked. However, I'm just happy I finally have Adobe working again on my computer.

make sure you're using both the file and serial number from here, Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3

That's the one I used; I copied and pasted the number into the box when requested and it came back with INVALID SERIAL NUMBER.

double check what you're pasting.  watch out for white space.
