Adobe account not working - no data

Dear community,

when I am connected to my Adobe account there is a loading circle for about a minute or two.

After that I cannot change my account details, see my products or even change language. There is always a error "Unable to load data". I attached a screenshot.

I can't find any support information on the website so I give this forum a try. Has somebody a solution for this?

I found a solution for my problem. It seems that Avast blocks the connection.

After I made a scan exception for *.adobe.com every works fine.
