Adobe Acrobat 2020 Perpetual Licenses

Question

Can Adobe reset the computer activation for my perpeutal license? I no longer have access to the computers I installed it on, I reimaged my device so there's no going back and "Signing out of it" It also doesn't pull up on my account in registered devices for the account I used to activate my original licensed. Not sure how they are keeping track but I have the reciepts to show for it. Anyone have any luck getting it reset?

Your license was perpetual, but not the software support.

Acrobat 2020 support was for 3-5 years, after which you're expected to replace it with a supported product.
