Adobe acrobat premiul not working on iPad.

Hi, I'm subscribed for the premium features on adobe acrobat on my ios (iPadOS)

but its not working. Waiting for several hours! I restored the purchase several times but nothing helped!

I have wasted many hours and nothing works. What to do????
