Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual license activation

Hello,

I have purchased 5 licenses of Acrobat Pro 2020 and on this one computer I can't get it to accept that this is a perpetual license and it has me on a trial version even though I have an active valid serial number, I can not figure out how to enter it now that acrobat is installed. Please help

I am having the exact same problem, and I've spent 7+ hours on the chat with Adobe tech support with absolutely no resolution . I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice, but no success.

The version I am running is teh 2020 Release (Classic) 2020.004.30015

I am running it on Windows 10 Pro, Version 20H2, OS build 19042.1237
