Perhaps some stupid questions, but: I bought a licence of Acobe Acrobat Pro DC and got a serial number of this kind (the numbers are changed): <Removed by moderator>

I started with a test trial of the software.

I'm logged in as "Uwe".

Where can I type in these serialnumber?

How can I see that my product is really registered?

In my account under "Abos und Produkte" I cannot see this Software as registered  (but four other applications are shown there as registered).

Thanks for your help.

the serial number is 6 groups of 4 numbers, Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

open acrobat and click help>activate (or register or something similar) to enter your serial number.

if you only see help>sign in you may have the subscription version of acrobat dc.

Sorry, I cannot find my serial number by using the link.

I can logout myself. When I log in again, I'm asked to licence the software. When I chose, there are 6 fields to put in the serialnumber. But I only have a number like APROW1-1234-1234-1234-1234

How do I get a useable serialnumber?

What is a "subscription version" and how can I find out if I have such a version, please? (I ordered a teacher-licence, perhaps this has something to do with the registration?)

if you see those 6 fields, you have the stand-alone version ready to license (if you had the serial number).

if you've waited, at least, 1 business day pst after your order for payment to be processed without receiving your serial number:  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
