Adobe Acrobat Pro DC won't download?

Question

I am trying to download the Pro DC program and it keeps popping up with a window saying "Unable to Process your Request, please contact Customer Support for help". I have the acrobat reader DC program all ready downloaded on my desktop. My system meets all the system requirements. Why won't it let me upgrade?
