Hi there,

I purchased (online) Adobe Acrobat Pro V10 for Windows a number of years ago. I now have upgraded to a Mac but can't work out how to put this on. I downloaded V11 but it said my serial number was invalid. Any suggestions.

Cheers

Mel

If you had purchased Acrobat Pro XI with Windows serial number, you cannot use the serial number to activate on Mac .

Unless the serial number is for Multiplatform .

However , if you wish you may opt for platform swap if you wish to get serial number for Mac.

It is one time process and cannot be reverted back to Windows again .

It is better and ideal to contact Adobe Support , they will explain you in detail and assist you accordingly :

Thanks for your reply. I have contacted Customer Care and they have told me that I can only request a platform swap for a current version. So if I want to use this on a Mac I need to repurchase it. Seems unfair considering I've already bought the product....

Your license is only valid for the version for which it is purchased.  You can find version 10 thru the following link...
