Adobe Acrobat Pro X - Limit of 2 devices reached on new device

Hi Community

I have a new laptop and want to use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X with my physical license key. I signed out of all other devices so I can log in on this new laptop but the software says I've reached the limit of 2 device. This is not true as I'm signed out of all my devices (followed the sign out instructions on screen).

I need someone who can check or sign out all my sessions on your backend so I can use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X license again... I already reached out to the support from Adobe and they advised me to post in this community in the hope that someone can help me here as they do not provide any additional support on this version of Adobe Acrobat. Is there someone here who can help me revoke my sessions so I can use the application again?

PS: I have a physical license key for this.

Hi kglad, thanks for the reply. So there is no other way of getting my older version to work on my new PC 😞

you can get it to work, but just for the 30 day trial.  there are ways to repeatedly use the 30 day trial, but they all involve significant effort.

Hi @MVNarchitecten,

Thanks for reaching out. Since Adobe Acrobat Pro X is an older version, support options are limited, but have you tried the steps listed in this article? https://adobe.ly/3WrPMvm

Let us know if it helps.

Best,

Shivangi
