I upgraded my Windows Adobe Pro to a MAC Adobe Pro.

I had troubles with my Adobe CC so they removed all my Adobe products

Now I am trying to reinstall my Adobe X Pro and when I enter my Mac Upgrade serial numbers it says it needs another serial number which I do not have for the MAC because it was for windows

Sorry, I misread your posting.  The second serial number you need to enter will be the Windows one... if you upgrade from 8 to 10 then the serial number for 8 is the second one you need.  If it is not working then you might find yourself without much help as Adobe has abandoned helping their older product customers for the most part.

A Windows license is only good for Windows, and will not work on a Mac.  Acrobat Pro X is too old to qualify for a platform swap.  The only option you might have is to install a Windows emulation software on your Mac and install Acrobat thru it.

Thanks Ned, but Adobe was the one who upgraded me with my Windows serial code of professional 8 to my MAC version 10 Pro. It all worked fine and I do not need more than that for my business.

I remember their helpdesk doing something to make this happen

Only now in 2016 I get a screen for a second serial number and sure the windows no wis not recognized

And you can not get in touch with anybody at Adobe

It was their Helpdesk at the creative cloud who removed it
