Hi,

 

i have Adobe Acrobat XI pro installed on my PC, i have the license key for activation .. during the installation it's accepted the key but the application is suddnly closing after 10-15 seconds.

 

i tried to re-install the software many times and used a diffrent source but the same issue there.

 

So, Seeking your support \ advise on the same.

I think updating to 11.0.23 is worth trying. In fact, it's your only hope.

    Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version, so problems are to be expected.
