Adobe Acrobat Serial Number Issue

I purchased Adobe Acrobat reader ages ago (In 2007 with Adobe CS3) and have been using it ever since. I have bought a new machine and want to transfer Adobe Acrobat DC onto it. There is no email adress associated with my adobe serial number, and I can't sign out or deactivate Adobe Acrobat on my old machine. Any ideas?
