Hallo

Ich besitze seit 1,5 Jahren das Programm Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

Das Programm lief bis jetzt super. Nach einen Defekt am PC, musste ich alle Programme wieder neu aufspielen. Danach funktionierte die Software nicht mehr Richtung, und der Produkt Key wird auch nicht mehr erkannt. Ich BITTE um Hilfe zum Downloaden der Software und um einen gültigen Key dazu. Ich kann sehr schlecht English und deshalb lasse ich mein Schreiben mit Bing übersetzen.

uninstall, clean (if win os), Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall.

Das löschen ist schon ok. Aber wo bekomme ich die Software, wo mein Key passt. Von der C kann ich auch nicht alles aufspielen, und nach 30 Tagen ist es wieder aus. Geht nichts mehr.

Clear That's ok. But where can I get the software where my key fits. From the C I can not play anything, and after 30 days it is again. Is no more.
