Adobe Acrobate Pro

Windows 10, 4 month old computer. Adobe has work well til this week. Auto CAD, Publish command stopped working yesterday. Today adobe does not run, hit the Icon repeatidly, not responce.

Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Please Open Task Manager and close all Adobe processes like Creative Cloud, CLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe Update Service, Adobe Genuine Software Service, Adobe Acrobat Update Service, AcroTray etc.

 

Once done, please Download the Acrobat Cleaner Tool from  : http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and Remove Acrobat from your computer. 

 

Please restart your computer once Acrobat is uninstalled and then download Acrobat Pro  DC from the following Direct download link:  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

AutoCAD uses no Adobe tech, when you publish. So you have a problem with two different apps - likely a system problem, not fixed by reinstalling apps.
