Adobe app compatability with latest versions of Apple tablet and Windows tablet pro

Is there reasonable functionality between these two and if so, which apps work the best on each tablet.

I've had an exceedingly difficult time finding any relevant information on this. Thank you for any help!

iPad: specific mobile apps are needed, full Photoshop is announced.

Windows tablet: basically a Windows PC.

System Requirements for Creative Cloud desktop apps.

Adobe Mobile Apps are available separately from desktop apps. Mobile app system requirements can be found on the respective product pages.
