Hello.

I'm lost.

I already have a suscription for CS6.

I can enter into creative.adobe.com site.

But I can't download any desktop app because i can find the Adobe Application Manager.

Where can i get that?

Thanks.

Correct answer Benjamin Warde

Any idea?

I just had this same problem myself.  I was eventually able to solve it by going to the Applications>Utilities folder and deleting the Adobe Application Manager folder.  Then I went here:

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438

And downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager, and installed it.  Then I tried downloading an application from Creative Cloud again, and it worked.

In the Creative.adobe.com website , Go to the "Apps and Services "

When you will click "download" for any app , it will prompt to download the AAM first and then on install the AAM it will allow to downlaod and install the Apps.

BTW what is your OS , and which web browser are you using ?

For the web browser , was the pop-up blocker "OFF"

Can you add the Creative.adobe.com website as the trusted site in the web browser and then check.
