Adobe Application manager

When I start my Adobe Application Manager, I see the updates for my CS6 products.

But I want to install another CS6 program.

How can I go from the update screen in the AAM to the install screen from the AAM?

Hi AadMetz,

Looks like you need to update the Adobe Application Manager itself. Please follow these steps:

1. Launch Adobe Application Manager. You should see the updates view by default.

2. Choose the update for Adobe Application Manager and install it.

3. Launch AAM using the newly created desktop shortcut. From now on, AAM will open in the CCM mode by default. From this view, you’ll have the opportunity to download/install additional CS6 products.

Regards,

Amit

I think my Adobe Application Manager is buggy or corrupt or something.  My colleague also has Creative Cloud and his Application Manager automatically updated to 7.x  My version is still 6.2.38.0

When I open AAM, there is no update to update itself.  And AAM keeps showing me the same software I've already updated.  And my Photoshop CS6 update won't run.  Gives me error code: U44M1I216.   And Adobe Story CSC Creative Cloud does not show up in AAM, yet when I try to open Adobe Story CS6 Creative Cloud it says there is a mandatory update.  I try to run that update and it gives me an error.

Seems to me, my AAM is corrupt.  I would like a direct link to install the latest AAM and I would like to rid myself of the current version.  I tried running the Creative Suite Cleaner tool and just clean off the Creative Cloud Installer, but that didn't work.

Help!!!
