Question

Adobe Application Manager

I accidentally deleted the Adobe Application Manager through my Antivirus and iMac cleaner software. It is no longer in my trashcan as I didn't realize Lightroom would need it. Lightroom was purchased in 2017, so this was when the software was a one-time purchase type of thing (not a monthly subscription). I tried redownloading the entire software through my account, but the link says that it can no longer be downloaded as the software doesn't exist in the library. I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a different way to just get the Adobe Application Manager?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Which version of Lightroom is it? (Help menu > About)

Not sure why you cannot redownload it through your account. Alternatively, you could try redownloading your version using the Lightroom direct download links.

Wherever you find it, be sure to save a copy of the installer in a safe place for any future need.

I have Lightroom 6, it's the perpetual license one. When I click through the website, it sends me to the adobe library of apps, but none of them is the one I need. They are all cloud-based apps.

Hi Dulce Maria,

Try reinstalling using the Lightroom 6.14 direct download links.

Does that fix the issue?

If not, we can try to dig up old Adobe Application Manager links alone and see if that helps.
