Adobe application manager is needed to Resolve the problem

When I attempt to run Adobe Photoshop or any other Adobe product I receive the following message:

Adobe application manager is needed to Resolve the problem. However, it is missing or damaged. please download and install a new copy of the application manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager

I downloaded the Application Manager installed it and continue to get the message above when I attempt to run any Adobe product.

How do I get out this situation?
