Adobe Application Manager login confusion...

Hi, wondering if anyone can help.

I've downloaded Indesign with Adobe Download Assistant to trial but it asks me to login with Adobe Application Manager to complete the installation - but my Adobe ID login (which I've logged in with successfully in order to start the program download) doesn't work...

How can I reset the Adobe Application Manager login?
