Adobe Application Manager needs discontinued Adobe Support Advisor

Hi,

I recently got an iMac and transferred my Adobe CS6 suite from my old MacBook pro to this new iMac (running Mac OS Mojave).

Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Reader all work fine. But I'm having major issues with Photoshop... At first it said that my CC trial had expired (I've never even tried a CC trial) and all i could do was quit. Tried putting in my serial number but it wouldn't let me log into my account. Anyway fast forward and that screen no longer comes up. But now when i click the Photoshop icon in my dock a pop-up appears saying that i need to download 'Adobe Application Manager'. I do this and then just as it is about to finish downloading i get another pop up that says 'Failed to initialise. Please download Adobe Support Advisor' but this software has since been discontinued.

Someone please help me, this has been days and days of me trying to figure out how to solve this and I'm getting more and more frustrated!

Grateful for any tips/advice.

Also there seem to be issues with contacting support, every time i try and click what issues i need help with the ONLY option I'm given is to post on the forum, where is the LIVE CHAT or TELEPHONE option!?

Thanks,

Lauren

Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies... you may not transfer a program and have it work properly, you must do a new install

>running Mac OS Mojave

Owners of old programs simply have problems with new Mac operating systems... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working... Apple changed their operating system and THAT is why your old programs won't work, not because of anything Adobe did... Also... every time Apple issues an update, there is the risk that an old program that HAS been working will STOP working... bottom line, old programs require a matching old operating system

If an existing install is made unusable by a Mac operating system upgrade work through the below steps
