adobe application manager premiere elements 13

Hello

OS: Windows 10

premiere elements 13 wants to upgrade components.

the adobe application manager hangs every time with the "progress    instal......" screen.

CPU is consumed, but the process never ends.

a) How to get the upgrade (and the reminder away)

b) How to fix the Application manager

    I've tried it before, but follwing the link and choosing Adobe - Premiere Elements : For Windows‌ there are only updates until Version 10 (alle before 2012) available.

    Is there maybe a different selection for premiere elements 13 which I have not seen?

    Holgerj44782597 have you removed and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 13?  Did you upgrade to Windows 10 or is this a clean installation of the operating system?  Finally what other Adobe Creative software titles do you have installed on your computer?
