Adobe Application Manager Utilities is not optimized for this computer and must be updated
I have fairly recently updated my Mac Book Pro with OS Mojave...
What do I do about this?

From reading other messages, that is only a warning of the future need of a 64bit program
Keep using what you have until Adobe issues a new version
