Adobe Application Manager won't start

I have subscribed to Creative Cloud and am attempting to install first application.  The Adobe Application Manager has been downloaded as part of the process but after starting it the application does not want to initialise.

I am running the AAM on my iMac with Lion 10.7.4 installed.  I had Adobe Creative Suite CS5 on my system before, which I completely de-installed.

The AAM opening window shows the message INITIALISING but does not advance any further.

FYI, I have repeated similar proces on my MacBook Air and all worked fine.

you can install the adobe application manager directly from the site here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

Once the installation is complete, use Adobe application manager from this shortcut: “/Applications/Adobe Application Manager”.

Hello Saurabh

Unfortunately I am still unable to install CS6 on my iMac. This is really frustrating, not to mention time wasting experience too. I have removed all traces of previous Adobe applications from my system, restarted several times and on each occasion Adobe Application Manager does not go past first window trying to initialise. In fact repeated attempts to start AAM without rebooting system first crash even earlier.

What number I should call in Australia for assistance?
