Adobe Application Manager wont install any programs or update

I have downloaded all program/apps and now I wanted to update an app.

The Application Manager tries to update, but crashes and I get a message that the program I try to install is not a genuine Adobe program and might be a piracy program. This is kind of strange as I download from the Adobe site.
