Adobe applications exit itself (the second after I launch it)

Hello! I just started my membership today and I have already encountered an issue.

I was going to use After effect, nevertheless, it exits itself the second I launch it.

I've already changed my language to Eng - International and reinstall (restarting also).

I can't use other applications either, such as media encoder cc.

However, this method doesn't work. Please teach me how to solve this.

My friends use the pirated copies and he told me that he has never encountered such a problem. Now, I'm frustrated and disappointed.
