Adobe apps will not launch. Continuous cycle through adobe manager. help

So, after sitting with adobe customer reps for several hours, they cannot figure out why any and all creative cloud apps fail to open.  They took control of my computer to diagnose on 3 separate occasions to no avail.

When an app is launched such as PS, the adobe manager window comes up and asks to sign in as I do, then it confirms and tells me to enjoy the applications etc.  But then it re launches the same thing and this happens over and over and over again.  They tried everything they could and nothing  I cannot list the exact things they did but essentially the consensus was them telling me they needed to talk about it and get back to me later.

Adobe CC downloads fine, the apps DL fine but they won't launch into the app.  Just a viscous cycle of adobe manager opening, confirming I've signed in, and then re opening the same window etc.....

This issue is ONLY happening on my one lap top and no other computers.  I've been using CC apps for over a year on the laptop now having the issue.  This problem just started a week ago.  I have no clue wtf is happening.  I was hoping someone might have had a similar experience or possible may have a deeper insight to the issue than adobe.  It's a bit of a last resort.  I'd be happy to provide any additional information.

Thank  you adobe community.

Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

For anything beyond that you will have to provide detailed technical information, which you haven't done. Presumably you have too many networks active on your laptop and the app tries to connect to all of them or can't decide which one to use, so you need to straighten out that part e.g. by assigning a fixed wireless network.
