kan er iemand helpen aub????

Na 1,5 jaar trouw mijn 12,09 euro te hebben betaald via visa bestendige opdracht ging het  begin deze maand mis door overschrijden van de limiet op vakantie.

Het lukt me niet dit manueel in orde te maken. op mijn adobe account zie ik geen enkel product meer.

Alsook geen referentienummer of rekeningnummer.

Bij het opnemen van contact loopt het steeds vast.

Wie kan mij helpen aub?
