Adobe C C 2020 Update

I have the Adobe C C 2019 version. But the Apps disappeared after the recent 2020 update. So what to do?

If you're using the Creative Cloud application, the default page opens to "Updates". If you click All Apps on the left, you'll see your apps. You can click the ellipses (... - three dots) under each application's name, and the option to install older versions.

I have the 2019 version of the Apps. Is the 2020 update free of charge?

Is your subscription still on?

It may be a bug in the application. Have you contacted the support team to solve the problem?

If you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling CC then try it.

I managed to uninstall the latest 2020 version and re-installed the 2019 version of the Apps.

I purchased the older 2019 version in NOv 2019. Am I entitled to the new 2020 Update free?

Or do I have to off the "auto-update" mode to prevent a similar occurence?
