Adobe Captivate free trial won't install

I tried to download the Adobe Captivate 30 day free trial on my Windows 10 PC. I come to a black window with an orange button saying to " install captivate." I click the button and nothing happens.

    right click and click 'run as administrator'.

    This is the screen I'm talking about... When I right clicked there was no install as admin option. Where do the install files go? They're not in my downloads folder.
