Adobe Captivate Serial number

Hi.

I installed the Adobe Captivate trial version some months ago.

Today, i get the message that the trial is over when i open Adobe Captivate. Normal.

Since i decided to use it again, i just bought a monthly subscription.

On my Adobe account, it says that it is paid, same with my bank account, so everything is fine.

BUT:

now i try to use the downloaded/trial version of Captivate, and i still get the same message, that the trial is over and i should write down a serial number. But where do i find this serial ?

I did not receive any.
