Adobe CC 2025 Install Issue

Does your computer user account have administrative privileges?

I hope there's someone who can help me. I'm trying to install Adobe CC 2025 but I'm hitting a snag.
I had no problems doing this in the past but now I can't. When I load Adobe Installer I get this:

What I've done so far:

    checked the hosts file
    turned off anti-virus and firewall for both Avast and Windows

Am I missing something? This is the first time I came across this problem.

Craig, I am sorry, but I don't see an active membership under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? Can you use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/441cn6r within Firefox or Chrome to complete the installation process? ^JW
