Adobe CC all applications will not install

Whenever I go to download something it gets to about 42% then I get this error ( http://prntscr.com/5jhg1n ) I have restarted my computer 4 times, closed all CC operations inside task manager and restarted. None of it is working. I'm a Graphic designer and I have deadlines that are not going to be met if this does not work.
