Adobe CC Apps Close Options Grayed Out?!

I don't know where to do this, but I want to report a bug with all CC apps.

Several updates ago, Adobe broke the ability to close any CC app with the default Logitech Mouse Close command. (which I assume default is set to CTRL+W)

Yes, I can assign the keystroke command to the button, but I still cannot close CC apps because the CTRL+W has been grayed out in them all.

Sure, I can move my mouse 3 feet to the right of my ultrawide to click an "X", but pressing a thumb button is far more easier and lightning fast.

If this reaches anyone on the actual Adobe support team, please forward my request to the dev team to revert/repair this enabled option.

Thank you!

Thanks. I've posted it there as well.
