Adobe CC Desktop App is up to date, but I can't access latest Beta app versions

I have Adobe CC Desktop App Version 6.5.0.348 released on 01/20/2025 (which appears to be the latest).

I have Premiere Pro Version 25.1, and Premiere Pro Beta Version 24.4.

The CC Desktop App tells me that I have the latest version of the apps, and that Generative Extend is available to me (but it isn't). My only goal is to use Generative Extend in Premiere Pro (and/or the Beta version), but it isn't available to me for some reason in either the normal or Beta version, despite the fact that I think I'm up to date with everything. How can we make Generative Extend show up for me?

I'm running a Mac M1 Pro 14in on Sequoia 15.3 (24D60)

Choose Help > Check For Updates in the Creative Cloud app. What happens? Gen Extend is only in Beta right now.
